RETURN POLICY

 

  • Returns and Cancellations:

We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece which you would love and leave no space for dissatisfaction, but even if you don’t like the painting due to quality reasons we would accept returns and follow a simple and quick procedure.

  • Return Procedure:

Step 1: Return request is placed by the customer through E-Mail with the attached photo of the faulty product.

Step 2: JustInCanvas sends a confirmation within 12 hours of return placement.

Step 3: If the customer wants a replacement, we will happily replace the painting with a new one and arrange a pickup for the faulty product ourselves.

If the customer wishes to get only a refund, we will make sure that the amount is reflected in the customer’s PayPal / Bank Account within 7 working days.

  • Terms and Conditions:

In all the cases of returns and cancellations, you have to drop us an email at sales@justincanvas.com and we will revert to you in 12 hours. All returns and cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.) If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product, he should send us a mail stating his intention of return at sales@justincanvas.com within 10 days of delivery.

2.) Return policy covers the following cases:

a. Not satisfied: If you are not satisfied with the painting you can get a replacement.

b. Damaged Frame: You get a refund for frame ONLY in such cases.

c. Lost Products: If our courier partner loses the product you are 100% eligible for a full refund without any questions asked.

3. We request our customers to wait for 7 working days after the approval for reflection of funds in his/her account.

4. You are given store credit if you need a replacement.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

  1. The product should be returned in its original condition.
  2. Customers must not tamper with any element of painting because it may fail to be eligible for returns after the quality check is done.
  3. No refrain should be filed against the bank through which the payment was done as it would take away your right to avail of your refund.
  4. Returns are accepted only if the request is raised within 10 days of delivery.
  5. If a customer raises more than 2 return requests in 365 days his 3rd return is automatically canceled and ineligible on the grounds of fake requests.
  6. Gift cards do not qualify for returns.
  • Additional Policies:

  1. JustInCanvas holds the sole discretion for approving or disapproving returns.
  2. In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting.
  3. In all the cases of returns and replacements, JustInCanvas will run a quality check and refund or replace it after the check is successful.
